Our experience was amazing!
The cabin was cozy and even though we didn't cook inside or use the grill they had everything that you may need to make a meal. It was clean and cozy. We loved hot tub. We plan to return in the fall!!

Cabin was the perfect size for me and my girlfriend. Facilities were in working order. Nothing broken. Amazing view off the back porch. Jacuzzi was in perfect working order. The only complaint I would like to point out would be the sulfate smell coming from the sink in the kitchen and the shower. I realize this is hard to fix due to the water reacting with the pipes but it was a very strong smell that made showering a lot less pleasant. Overall I would 100% recommend this cabin to others.

Absolutely breathtaking
The cabin was cozy and secluded. It was clean and well maintained. The deck was spacious. Many hours were spent outside enjoying the wildlife and the spectacular views. Although there was no WiFi at all, it was nice to completely unplug.

We loved the location, ease of checkin and checkout. The cabin was great. The only thing I wish was better would be the bed mattress. We are in our 50s and had a hard time sleeping in it.

The cabin was nice and cozy, I was impressed by the dishes and utensils available for use, the hot tub was AMAZING, and the location makes for a great romantic atmosphere. I do wish it wasn't so secluded and our wifi and directv was not working during the trip

Charming cabin, very private, wonderful stay
Cabin is very private with a lovely view from the back deck/hot tub - not another cabin in sight from that angle. Accommodations very comfortable and welcoming, had a lovely stay.

The cabin is cute and secluded, with easy access to the trails. It was clean and well-maintained. The mattress really needs to be replaced. That being said, all other things met or exceeded our expectations.
This was much needed time away from my busy and stressful work life during my favorite time of year.
I would like to especially thank Bailey. I had reservations at another rental who cancelled on me 3 hours before my scheduled check in with a simple, sorry for the inconvenience, no offer to help find something else, nothing! I had meticulously planned this much needed time away. Bailey was super sweet and so helpful! I lost my mother last year and she LOVED cardinals. Staying in Cardinal Crest ended up being a wonderful blessing, I saw lots of cardinals and it made me feel close to my Mom.

We had booked another cabin through Vrbo that was cancelled by the owner with no explanation and this cabin through Lazy Lane Cabins was a last minute booking. Everything went smoothly and the cabin was very clean and just exactly what we were looking for in a get-away. We will be coming back booking only through Lazy Lane Cabins. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.
Peacefull
We liked the peace and quiet the cabin was nice and cozy it could was a couple of end stands on the end of the loveseat to sit your drinks on we will recommend to family and friends
Our stay in the Cardinal's Crest Cabin could not have been any better!
I wouldn't change a thing! It was the perfect place for a romantic getaway! We completely unplugged for 2 days and nights. We slept great! The deck and hot tub were perfect! We used the grill to make dinner and we seen deer several times. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. For breakfast we made blueberry pancakes one day and oatmeal the next. We made popcorn and brownies. We watched a DVD. We played Yahtzee for hours! Cardinal's Crest we will be back! And, the Hiking!

We were happy with the way we were accommodated to another facility due to loss of power to our original cabin which was an unexpected upgrade. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub after a long day of hiking!
Beautiful getaway from it all
Cabin was clean and well kept. Much roomier than others we've stayed at. Hot tub was perfect. Woke one morning to deer grazing just outside the door. February is the perfect time for a visit too as nothing is overcrowded.
Great visit!
One recommendation, would be nice not to have to travel back to the office at checkout time to drop key.

Simple and relaxing stay had everything we needed. When we got there we Had an issue with the heat at night. Once we called staff had maintenance out to our cabin with in 2 hours and gave us heat right away. My husband and I had a wonderful time away. It was much needed! Thank you!
Great overall--loved the privacy, the hot tub, and the proximity to Logan and to hiking.
We suggest that Lazy Lanes invest in some new mattresses and box springs for this cabin and other in the group (Jack Pine, Acorn Ridge, Wren's Nest, Buckeye). The mattresses sag toward the middle and are uncomfortable.
